ComEd’s Price to Compare (PTC) for BES residential rate of 6.848 cents per kWh in effect January 1, 2024 – May 31, 2024, which includes an Electricity Supply Charge of 5.378 cents per kWh and a Transmission Services Charge of 1.47 cents per kWh. ComEd also invoices its customers for Purchased Electricity Adjustment (PEA), which may range between +.5 cents and -.5 cents per kWh and is not included in ComEd’s PTC.
